Poultry Swap Seller Information
This is a community event and all homespun, artists, potters, beekeepers, sportsman, or farm & garden related sellers are welcome! To participate as a vendor register below:

Our Farmer's Flea Market features all things Farm related, handcrafted, or homegrown. This includes but not limited to poultry, pigs, rabbits, small ruminants (ie: goats, sheep, calves, mini jerseys, etc.), hatching eggs, incubators, local honey, produce, flowers, started plants, and fruits & veggies, homeopathy, homemade soaps, salts, body butter & scrubs. Area craftsmen should showcase coops, sheds, hutches, cages, leather craft, handmade baskets, quilts, feed-sack tote bags, artwork, custom signs, photography, forging, fly-tying, arrow fletching. Find used and new horse tack, used and new tools, gardening and farming supplies. Come for the swap and stay for the live music and the fantastic food.

- On event day, please keep aisles orderly. Staff will show you to your space If you require a trailer at your vendor space, additional vehicles or multiple canopies, please purchase additional spaces to accommodate.
- A craft vendor space is 12 x 12. A Livestock vendor space is approximately 12x12 and most include room for 1 vehicle. Double and quad spaces can be purchased for extra-large setups.
- Bring your own tables and canopy - we do not have extras.
- Bring your own change - we cannot make change for your customers.
- Bring boxes with ventilation holes and bedding to send home new pets.
- All animals must remain confined or in a cage, all dog must be on leash at all times.
- Please pay close attention to animal health. Sick or otherwise unthrifty animals will not be permitted at the market.
- Livestock or poultry purchased from an auction within 60 days of event are NOT permitted. This aids in the prevention of the spread of disease.
- There will be food and drink vendors as well as watering stations to get fresh water for your animals.
- There will also be portable restroom units and handwashing stations.
- Set up on Friday, spaces are first come, first served.
- Please use good judgement: you are an independent merchant and we are only providing marketing and logistics for our farm community, You're responsible for your own conduct and your own products. We do not provide mediation nor do we offer a warranty of any kind - all disputes are resolved by you as Sole and Exclusive Remedy. if you feel you need insurance coverage please purchase that separately from an appropriate agent.
- We reserve the right to have you escorted from the property by the Sheriff for willful misconduct or you prove to be a safety hazard.

We will be advertising in newspapers, online, at local farmers markets, 4-h clubs, agricultural centers, poultry clubs and local and not so local feed stores, general stores and grocery stores.
